It's time for the final instalment of our brand new Kenwood's Rising Stars series and this week, junior ambassador, Lily Hayzelden joined Michelin-starred chef and pioneer of Modern Indian cuisine, Vineet Bhatia to learn how to elevate the humble cheesecake to a whole new level.

Teaching Lily the techniques that she will need to make the future she dreams of a reality is what Vineet set out to do when they cooked together, and we think he's absolutely nailed it with this recipe for a ludicrously delicious no-bake Salted Caramel Peanut Cheesecake.

"Waste nothing and cook with your senses," is Vineet's mantra and we just adored watching him show Lily the ropes with this recipe. We can safely say the cheesecake was out of this world and who knew that adding spice to the base would enhance the flavour so much!?
