We’ve made a fair few chocolaty treats here in the Kenwood Kids Club over the last two years, but this week’s bake, courtesy of our super talented junior ambassador Fin, is definitely something special.

You’ve probably made brownies before… you might even have made blondies, but Fin’s recipe combines the best of both worlds, combining a delicious vanilla cake bar with oodles of milk chocolate chips AND a generous swirl of everyone’s favourite chocolaty spread!

Fin’s Blondies Ingredients:
- 200g melted butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 300g plain flour
- 150g milk chocolate chips
- 100g Nutella
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
