This week over on the Kenwood Kids Club, @baked_by_fin is whipping up these classic chocolate chip cookies!

With a crispy shell and a gooey middle, these delicious treats are packed with dark chocolate chips that melt beautifully to create little pockets of chocolatey goodness. Fin’s top tip for getting evenly sized cookies is to use an ice cream scoop to portion out the mixture.
