Let's take a walk through the Albert Cuyp street market in Amsterdam, the largest day market in Europe, which was founded in 1905. It's located in the De Pijp neighborhood and has over 250 stalls and it's a great place to buy clothes, jewelry, souvenirs, hair products, handbags, luggage, and of course, street food. There was only one thing I was interested in buying-stroopwafels! A stroopwafel is a thin round waffle cookie with two layers of baked dough held together by caramel filling. Oh, baby!
