I recently stayed at the Fontainebleu, Las Vegas, the newest hotel/casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It was built at a cost of $3.6 billion and it's located on the North Strip. It took 16 years to build and I explain why in the video, but more importantly, the hotel is facing many challenges which I also discuss. It's a beautiful hotel and yet the question is: Will it survive?
