Hello everyone to another car commercial, or shall I say "truck" commercial of the past. Today, we have quite a rather unique commercial featuring the 1994 Dodge Ram featuring some of the inside features and interior ergonomics of the 1994 Ram Truck. Lets hop into the specifics shall we?
--The base engine for the 1994 Dodge Ram was a 3.9 Liter, 6 Cylinder Engine that produced 175 Horsepower, at 4800 RPM with 230 LB-FT of Torque at 3200 RPM. 2 other engines were offered as options; a 5.2 Liter, 8 Cylinder engine that produced 230 Horsepower at 4100 RPM with 295 LB-FT of Torque at 3000 RPM. The second offering was a 5.9 Liter, 8 cylinder engine that produced 230 Horsepower at at 4000 RPM with 330 LB-FT of Torque at 3250 RPM. The truck came in Rear Wheel Drive or 4 wheel drive.
The 1994 Ram 1500 came in two transmission types; a base 5 speed manual, or an optional 4 speed automatic transmission.
The Ram 1500 came in 4 different trim levels; the WS base trim, ST entry level trim, SLT mid range trim and Laramie luxury trim. The MSRP for the base WS, 2 door single cab with the 3.9 Liter engine in a 5 speed manual was $13,129.
This was a tough looking truck that was released in 1994, sweeping away all of its competition with its tough and rugged look. This was the truck to buy in 1994.--
