In today’s episode, we’re in Johnson City, Tennessee, taking on the over 10-pound “Ben Franklin” BBQ Challenge at Project BBQ. And let me tell you, this one is no joke! Only two people have ever managed to finish this massive, Texas-style BBQ platter.
The challenge features a full pound of smoked brisket, a pound of smoked chicken breast, a pound of tender pulled pork, and a full rack of pork spare ribs. On top of that, you get three large sides of your choice, I went with a pint of mac and cheese, BBQ baked beans, and coleslaw. If you can finish everything in under an hour, you'll earn your $100 meal free, score a Project BBQ t-shirt, and take home a giant commemorative tumbler!
