In today’s episode, I’m in Valparaiso, Indiana for the very first time, hunting down the biggest steak challenge in the entire state! Joining me once again is my good friend @scotteats as we take on Kelsey’s Steak & Seafood’s massive 96oz (6-pound) Steak Challenge. This beast includes a 6-pound steak cooked to your liking, plus your choice of a side — I went with crispy waffle fries — and either a soup or salad — I chose their rich French onion soup. And lastly, you also have to finish one slice of bread. The clock is set at one hour, and if you finish it all, your $80 meal is free, you score a t-shirt, and you walk away with a $100 gift card!
