Today I'm taking on Libertine Brewing Company's "Tat-Cho Bro's" Team Tatchos food Challenge solo!
In the final episode here in California, I'm in San Luis Obispo, heading to Libertine Brewing Company to take on their famous "Tat-Cho Bro's" food challenge as seen on Man v Food. Known for its barrel-aged wild ales, creative craft beers, and locally sourced dishes, Libertine is more than just a brewery, it’s a Central Coast hotspot that brings people together with great food, great drinks, and live events like music nights and open mics.

The “Tat-Cho Bros Challenge” at Libertine Brewing Company is a massive feast featuring eight bacon cheeseburger sliders and a giant bowl of loaded tater tots topped with a rich blend of cheeses, BBQ pulled pork, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapeños. The entire meal weighs in at about 6.5 pounds, and challengers have 40 minutes to finish it solo, while teams of two get 28 minutes. Those who finish everything will earn their $40 meal free, a t-shirt, and a spot on Libertine’s Wall of Fame.
