Today I take on Giligan's 20 Golden Fried JUMBO Corndog Eating Challenge!
In the third episode of my Arizona trip, I'm in Old Scottsdale heading to the legendary Giligan's Bar. This spot has been on my list for over 10 years now and finally glad to be here. Gilligan’s Bar is a long-running, family-owned dive bar that’s been serving locals and visitors since 1995. Known for its tropical island-themed décor, neon-lit atmosphere, and high-energy vibe, the bar has become a staple of Scottsdale nightlife. Inside, you’ll find walls packed with liquor bottles, cheap drinks, classic bar food, karaoke nights, arcade games, and even their quirky “Wheel of Booze.” Whether you’re here for a challenge or just to hangout in the chaos, it’s a fun and unforgettable spot in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
Gilligan’s offers a wide variety of food challenges, but today we’re here for their 20 Jumbo Corndog Challenge. This challenge includes twenty of their golden-fried jumbo corndogs, served with any dipping sauces you want. I’ve got one hour to finish everything. If I succeed, my $38 meal is free, and I’ll also earn $50 in Gilligan’s Bucks to use on a future visit.
