In today's episode I'm in Lafayette, Indiana at DT Kirbys for their "Recipe for Disaster" Street Food Challenge!

DT Kirby’s is a popular downtown Lafayette restaurant I absolutely had to stop by at, known for its massive burgers, loaded appetizers, specialty hot dogs, and hearty Indiana-style favorites. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is fun and casual, and the menu is packed with food worth drooling over. It’s easy to see why DT Kirby’s has become a must-visit spot for both locals and travelers passing through Indiana.

For the “Recipe for Disaster” Street Food Challenge, you’re given a menu where you get to choose exactly what items you want to eat during the challenge. You have to pick an appetizer, a burger, a sandwich, and a hot dog. Fries, chips, and onion rings are included as sides, plus you must finish a liter of beer (you can substitute it with soda). If you can finish everything within 45 minutes, you’ll get the $50 meal free and earn yourself a T-shirt!
