For Episode 7 of our Finland series, we’re in Hämeenlinna at Miller’s BBQ taking on their legendary “Meat Impossible” BBQ Challenge!

Miller's BBQ is one of Finland’s popular American-style barbecue restaurants. Opened in 2021, the restaurant was founded by a team of BBQ enthusiasts who traveled to Texas to study authentic low-and-slow smoking techniques before bringing that experience back to Finland. Today, Miller’s is known for its smoked brisket, pork, ribs, and other traditional Texas-inspired barbecue, all cooked over an authentic smoker using quality ingredients and classic BBQ methods.

The “Meat Impossible” BBQ Challenge features 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs) of smoked brisket, beef cheek, pork belly, and sausages. On the side, you’ll get mac & cheese topped with crispy fried onions, crispy potatoes, coleslaw, pickles, red onions, and a blue cheese dip. It's also served with 500 ml of ice cream that must be finished. If you can finish everything within one hour, you’ll get the €140 meal free, plus a swag bag including a hat, T-shirt, stickers, and a sleeve of golf balls!
