MASSIVE tension on the six pack abs with this one... like to the point where you'll still feel it 3 days later.

The Janda Sit-Up is done with either a spotter holding or something immoveable set behind your heels so that you can contract your hamstrings during a sit-up.
Being hip extensors, this hamstring activation helps to inhibit the hip flexors from firing during the sit-up, allowing you to focus more on six-pack ab contraction.
We're changing that up for this.
