A couple of weeks I posted a video maxing out on strict pull-ups (full range of motion, no kipping or body movement). I got 21.
Now I wanted to see how many what I call "garbage" chin-ups I could get where I come most of the way down (not full extension at the bottom), don't really control the movement too much and try to just crank out as many reps as I can as fast as I can.

You can see a fair bit of body momentum as I'm really moving fast on these. That last rep I just couldn't get my chin over the bar so I can't count it.
I was aiming to get 40... how many did I get?
