Safety Squat Bar Lateral Raise "Machine". I actually like this better than any lateral raise machine I've tried (those generally hurt my shoulders because of how locked-in they are).
We're going to take advantage of the rotary action and variable loading capabilities of the bar with this setup.

I posted a version of this about 8 months ago without the band across the handles and it worked GREAT for really hitting the stretch hard but it wasn't good past about 1/3 of the way up.
The band fixed that.
Using the band like this creates a handle that you can brace the back of your wrist on, taking grip out of the equation and allowing for a much better range of motion.
