Want to add 30 to 70 lbs to your deadlift INSTANTLY? And I'm not even exaggerating when I say that. It's for real.
I call it a Crotch Stuffer Deadlift and while yes, it looks INSANE and weird and wrong and a whole lot of other things, it actually really DOES work.
And, in my experience, it feels WAY better on the lower back as you get into heavier loads.

The idea is to mimic a powerlifters "bloat" by stuffing a rolled-up towel in the front of your belt when you deadlift (it works on squats, too, just not quite as dramatically).
