Interested in direct neck training but don't know where to start?

This is called the Mad Neck from The Mad Spotter.

It's a very simple yet versatile piece of neck training equipment that is far more comfortable and overall useful than just putting plates against your head.

You can load the end with weight plates then set the padded, rounded "working" end against your head in various positions and orientations to get direct resistance in neck movements.

It's really simple and easy to use... start light and work your way up gradually, especially if you haven't done much or any direct neck training like this.

I found the rounded pad to be very useful for doing rotational work with it.

This is a solid piece of neck training equipment.
