3-minute ankle strength and balance method (GREAT for athletes but awesome for everybody).
This is the simplest way to train the muscles that stabilize and strengthen the ankle joints.
The ankle isn't just a simple hinge joint like the knees or elbows...it moves in a variety of ways.

In everyday life, we RARELY just stand on one foot for more then a second or two so these muscles (and our balance) aren't ever really challenged. This changes that.
STRENGTH is a key component of balance... muscles that can compensate more strongly mean your balance will be better. Adding resistance like makes these exercises even better.
