Fat End Rotating Grip Chest Dips... at first glance this LOOKS like a basically normal chest dip done on the fat, rotating ends of two Olympic bars set up in the power rack.

The "rotating" aspect of this setup is important... you'll notice as I'm coming down into the bottom, I'm using the freely moving ends of the bars to rotate my hands towards the outside.

This means you have to push harder inwards in order to maintain your position.

Then as I push up, you'll notice that I then rotate the ends back inwards. This helps to increase the contraction on the pecs as you come up.

Body position and elbow path are key for targeting the chest with dips.

You want your body to be in a "half moon" shape (hips bent, legs forward, torso hunched forward) with your elbows angled out to the sides more.
