Cliffhanger bar climbing hits back, biceps, grip and core! The training equivalent of making a fort out of couch cushions and blankets... :)
I firmly believe training should be FUN! This one is a blast to do and is just crazy good work for your upper arms, back, grip and core.
I've got two bars set up in the rack at angles creating a "cliffhanger" style mini climbing course like you might see in a @NinjaWarrior event.

One bar is on the J hooks and the other bar is on the safety rails set at about 15-20 degree angles.
Then it's just a matter of going hand over hand and climbing the bars without letting your feet touch the ground!
