This crazy-looking leverage exercise actually allows you to do overhead work with, what I find at least, very little to no stress on the elbows.
It's almost like a hybrid of an overhead tricep extension and close-grip overhead press.

Because you can grip on the sides of the bench, this creates a neutral hand position which is generally going to be easier on the elbows.
As well, because your body is set in essentially an angled plank position, you're keeping excellent tension on the triceps throughout the entire exercise just holding your body in place.
