----------------
10 - 810 lbs Farmers Carry - two barbells with 405 lbs in each hand (including the 20 lb handles and a pair of band "suspenders" to help take some load off the arms while keeping it on the body.
9 - 425 lbs One Shoulder Carry - using the safety squat bar for padding. I had to step over the rack rails unracking and reracking (did both shoulders).
8 - 725 lbs Weight Vest + Trap Bar - 180 lbs on the weight vest, 545 lbs on the trap bar (including handles)
7 - 905 lbs Forwards and Backwards Yoke Walk in Rack (twice non-stop)
6 - 400 lbs Zercher Carry - using the EZ curl bar. Closest I've come to passing out while training.
5 - 500 lbs for 1 Mile Yoke Carry - using a safety squat bar and a plumbing stand I rigged up. Done in intervals. Took me 3 hours. The only muscles sore after were my hip flexors!
4 - 525 lbs Kitchen Sink Carry - everything I could think of to carry... 290 lbs dumbbells + handles, 70 lb sandbag on my back, 40 lbs chains, 85 lb weight vest, 40 lbs of ankle weights.
3 - 725 lbs Weight Vest + Chains Farmers Carry - wearing an 85 lb weight vest with 40 lbs of chains while carrying 300 lbs in each hand (600 total)
2 - 850 lbs Farmers Carry + Yoke Carry - managed to rig it up to carry both at the same time. I've got 385 lbs on the trap bar and 465 lbs on the yoke (safety squat) bar.
1 - 1,000 lbs In-Rack Yoke Carry - this was the single most intense carry I've ever done. The hardest part was taking the first step after standing up with it, going from a non-moving, two point base of support to getting 1,000 lbs moving forward under control while taking steps required total focus.
