Muscle size or strength imbalance in your chest? This is a 2:1 ratio dumbbell press method that can potentially help correct it.
The concept is pretty simple... you're going to increase the volume on the weak/small side by alternating reps of single arm dumbbell bench press (for the weak side) with normal reps of pressing for both sides.
That's literally it.
Then just press until your weak side gets close to failure.

Every time you train chest, do this. Don't do a barbell bench press or a machine press (unless you can work each arm independently like this) until you feel like the imbalance is corrected.
Use a weight you could normally get about 10 reps with on a regular dumbbell bench and press until your weak side gets close to failure.
