Unrolling Preacher Curls... this is a simple way to get some finger, hand and forearm work at the same time as you're working your biceps on a Preacher Curl.
Basically, at the bottom of every rep, just unroll your fingers and allow the weight to roll down to your fingertips, then roll it back up then curl.

When you unroll at the bottom, you'll notice the weight pulls my hand down, putting a good stretch on the forearms. Then as you roll up, you're doing a wrist curl.
It's a nice combination that can be a good timesaver in the gym.
