Wheelbarrow training with 720 lbs... does require a bit of specialized equipment, clearly. Been awhile since I've pushed this thing around!
This is awesome total body power and conditioning training. If you have an opportunity to train with a loadable wheelbarrow, it's a blast.
I'd say it's comparable to about a 600 lb trap bar farmers walk in terms of loading (I weighed 173 lbs when I shot this).

One advantage this has over farmers walks is that is has a wheel. This allows you to lean forward into the movement, which brings in the glutes and calves more.
I didn't use any grip assistance for this so my grip was starting to fail and my hands were getting pretty shredded towards the end of this.
I do these as intervals... going as far out as I can in one push.
