In the last few months since we've launched OTR, we've dived deep into the stories and histories of Thai food culture. One of the reasons why this is so compelling to us is that Thai food is so well known around the world that before moving here, I actually thought I knew all there was to know about the cuisine. I was wrong. As we continue our quick holiday break from full-length documentaries, here's our Top 10 list of things that surprised us the most about Thai food that we've only learned since moving to the country.
