Benching today? Have a hard time feeling your chest working? Try THIS...
It's a simple trick for using fat grips to get WAY more chest activation when doing barbell bench press.
Instead of gripping on the grips themselves, you're going to set them INSIDE your grip so that as you press, you'll have something to push INWARDS against.
This cue works AMAZINGLY well for getting that inwards "intention" for developing tension in the chest when doing bench press.

When pressing for strength or just moving weight, the triceps will tend to take over as you press towards the top. This changes that and will help you engage the chest when benching.
