The lead cast of 'The 4:30 Movie' sit down for an interview to discuss the latest film by the irreverent Kevin Smith. Austin Zajur, Siena Agudong, Reed Northrup and Nicholas Cirillo spill the beans on the coming-of-age comedy, and bringing the 80s back to life.
During the summer of 1986, three 16-year-old buddies spend their Saturdays sneaking into movies at the local cineplex. When one of the guys, Brian (Zajur) invites the girl of his dreams, Melody (Agudong) to see an R-rated film, all hilarity breaks loose as a self-important theatre manager and teenage rivalries interfere with his best-laid plans.
"The 4:30 Movie" stars Siena Agudong, Austin Zajur, Kate Micucci, Method Man, Reed Northrup, Nicholas Cirillo, Sam Richardson, Ken Jeong, Justin Long, Harley Quinn Smith and Jason Mewes along with a ton of other celebrity cameos.
While the young stars are all to young too remember 1986, or even what year Good Will Hunting came out, they certainly know their movies, and they know their Kevin Smith. They discuss their influences, how they studied to bring back the 80s, and if they would ever rock those amazing hairstyles ever again.
'The 4:30 Movie' is in theatres September 13th, 2024.
