The South Seas Serenade is a lavender tropical cocktail that utilizes one of my favorite syrups. It's refreshing, interesting and It's perfect for this time of year. The South Seas Serenade moves away from a sweet rum and fruit juice base and gives you a more earthy natural flavor. I'll use an agricole rum and lavender simple syrup to make the South Seas Serenade lavender tropical cocktail today. Pull up a seat, this one is lovely!
"South Seas Serenade" | Cocktail Ingredients
2 oz. (60 ml) Rhum J.M. Martinique Rum (Agricole Rum)
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Lavender Simple Syrup (Learn to make it, link below)
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. (30 ml) Soda Water
Garnish: Orchid of Choice, Dehydrated Lime Wheel and a Surfside Sips Straw.
