Happy New Years Day! Thank goodness 2020 is behind us. This wonderful brunch favorite is perfect for the "day after" an evening of drinking...like New Years Eve. This is my take on it which I love! The addition of the French Grenadine adds a tiny bit of complexity and looks beautiful. May your hangover be short and your 2021 full of joy, love, compassion, fun and good health. Congratulation on making it through 2020 and my best wishes to you and your loved ones & friends. Cheers!
