This week: The AVIATION!
We're diving right into Vintage Cocktail territory this week with the "Aviation."
The Aviation is a 1930's cocktail that is built around a great classic Gin like Plymouth. What makes this drink special is the blending of the Maraschino Liqueur that adds a touch of sweetness, the lemon for its tartness and the final floral note by adding just a 1/4 oz. of Creme de Violette. And of course the cherry at the bottom!
This is a great introduction to vintage cocktails! Enjoy :)
