Today's cocktail is an updated version of the Siboney cocktail originally found in the 1976 version of Trader Vic's book, Rum, Cookery and Drinkery. Today's version utilizes one of my new favorite rums and has so much pineapple and fruit flavor that you will want to reach for another one the minute you finish the first!

The "Siboney" | Cocktail Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Dr. Bird Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Pineapple Rum
1 oz. (30 ml) Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Demerara Simple Syrup
