I am a Sake Lover there is no Doubt! Today's Sake based cocktail
is a follow up cocktail to the Lavender Lemon Drop cocktail I made last summer on the channel.
It does not have an overwhelming Sake Flavor. It's well balanced with the coconut creme and pineapple juice. If you enjoyed the lavender lemon drop cocktail made with Sake, this one might even take first place.
Sake replaces vodka here and could possibly turn you into a Sake lover as well.
It's a low ABV cocktail with lots of character and it's very tasty to boot.
Smooth, gently sweet and beautiful. A tropical delight!
Come with me, let's have a Sake Piña Colada together.
Sake Piña Colada : Cocktail Ingredients
3 oz. (90ml) Sake
2 oz. (60ml) Full Fat Coconut Milk
2 oz. (60 ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. 15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Simple Syrup
Shake with ice, strain and serve in a collins glass over crushed ice.
Orange Wheel Garnish
