This bright, colorful, super tasty cocktail uses Uncle Val's Gin, some POM cranberry juice, lime, simple and a dash of lavender bitters. Sweet, botanical, floral, hint of citrus with a smooth gin finish. This is one YUMMY cocktail and a crowd pleaser for sure at your next dinner party! 2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Lime
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. POM Cranberry Juice
2-3 Dashes Lavender Bitters
Dry shake egg white first, then add ingredients, add ice, shake!
Double strain in a coupe.
