This week I’ll show the “Bee’s Knee’s cocktail ” that we mean “Business!” So Let’s get shaken! The Business cocktail I make this week is a fun spin on the legendary Bee’s Knee’s cocktail. Just a swap of the juice and you have a totally different cocktail all together. It’s an easy fun cocktail to make at home. Let me show you how!
“The Business” Cocktail Ingredients
2 oz (60 ml) Gin
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lime
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Honey Syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe
No garnish
*The honey sold in stores is very strong. I prefer to make my honey syrup as a one to one ratio because of this. You can do a two to one ratio if you prefer. Feel free to double the recipe as needed.
Honey Syrup:
1/2 cup (120 ml) Water
1/2 cup (120 ml) Honey
Method:
Bring water to a boil.
Add in the Honey, whisk until dissolved and decant into another bottle. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat.
Strain and let cool. Refrigerate, It’s good for about two weeks.
