Here's another 3er with some twists and turns to it!
Had really thought amitss was winning this one with the early efficiency via Plant 27, but after winning the 26 they got left in an awkward spot for building. With only 5 cities they weren't using the green plant at all, plus we had driven up oil earlier.
Even still, they probably still would've won had it not been for a certain plant we all know and love..........
This game is also rare footage of Plant 23 earning its keep, when i bought it late and only used it twice no less! Still made enough money in 2 turns to profit for me. Very happy with my building in this game as well, and it's a great example to show how to build between 2 other players and carve out enough space for yourself.
