The plan was a cool tourist trip with my friend Vicky but ice caused cancellations in Manchester so our plan B was Nottingham and then all the venues we were looking at there cancelled too so we decided to stay local. A visit to Armley parkrun would help me work on my p-index so we headed there with Roundhay as a back-up. Sometimes the weather just doesn't play ball with parkrun plans!

We still had a wonderful morning with friends, a parkrun and a yummy breakfast and hot chocolate. Life is good.
