Week 9 of our parkrun Tour of Ireland felt like a significant one. We went past the most southern tip of Ireland and it felt like we were heading towards Dublin and therefore, towards home.
With this feeling in mind I tried to visit as many parkruns in County Cork as possible. This video covers freedom running at Castlehaven parkrun, Clonakilty parkrun (sort of... This will make sense when you watch the video!), Ballincollig parkrun and Glen River parkrun. We visited Tramore Valley parkrun on parkrunday and found my most favourite thing that I have ever seen at parkrun! Poppy and I were absolutely captivated by the surprise at Tramore Valley parkrun and were smiling from ear to ear!
Huge thanks to the awesome parkrun team and fantastic parkrun ambassadors who made this part of our trip fantastic!
