Commitments in December meant I needed to be closer to home so I looked to parkrun goals I could still work on. I decided to work on increasing my p-index to 13 with my 13th run at Pontefract parkrun.

I love this parkrun having been here sporadically over the last decade and having run at their 3rd event back in 2011. We were so lucky to run on such a beautiful morning and it was lovely to see so many familiar faces from back in the day! I was a fan of the new out-and-back alternative course and had a wonderful parkrun here with such an amazing team and parkrunners.

Don't leave without a visit to Huggamug as this café is simply brilliant!
