I still can't do the Richard Nguyen one, so I found this alternative which still does over 700k damage.
You have to make sure the opponent is above you when you hit the air qcf+L so you can combo guns afterward. You should also try to time the guns instead of just mashing. That's the only remotely difficult part of this.
