*Learn how to perform McKenzie exercises to get rid of pain in the low back/lumbar spine. Although the McKenzie method is actually a system of evaluation and treatment (aka Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy), the term, 'McKenzie Exercises' is commonly used in the general population to describe the extension-based exercises that are frequently (but not exclusively) most effective for relieving low back pain.
