On March 22, 2024. The Kewaunee Police Department received a call from an anonymous complainant at an apartment complex reporting that they could hear people yelling and things being thrown around. Officers arrived and spoke with a tenant who stated that there was a male and female who were arguing, she believed that the male party had left but the female was still in her room. Officers knocked on the apartment door and stated that they were police. A woman later identified as (Lisa) answered the door and stated that she had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend (Charles). Lisa said that as they were arguing, she set something down on a glass table, causing it to shatter. She said that the argument never got physical at any time. Lisa also said that she has had issues with her neighbors in the past, and that Charles probably left because he did not want to get in trouble as there has been a domestic dispute between them in the past. Officers advised Lisa that she would be receiving a citation for Disorderly Conduct since she had disturbed her neighbors by yelling and breaking a table. The officer also asked her to have Charles give him a call. Lisa was found guilty for Disorderly Conduct, she was ordered to pay a $200.50 fine.
