In this video our expert Andrea Buckett teaches Albert how to make Pineapple Cucumber Chia Water.
Pineapple Cucumber Chia Water
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
2 cups pineapple
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 celery stalk
3/4 cup parsley
1 Tbsp honey
4-5 cups of cold water
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until there are no chunks left, about 1 minute
Place a wire sieve over a large bowl, pour blended drink into sieve and push the liquid through with large spoon.
Discard the solids and pour the liquid into a pitcher.
Add 1-2 Tbsp. chia seed, stir and chill for 10 minutes.
Serve over ice
