Here's an easy trick for seeding a pomegranate (without water). This method keeps all the nutrients in the seeds.
Instructions:
1. Roll the pomegranate on the counter to loosen the seeds.
2. Score around the middle of the pomegranate with a sharp knife.
3. Twist the pomegranate to open it up so you have 2 halves.
4. Take one of the halves and hit it firmly with a wooden spatula over a large bowl. All the seeds should start falling into the bowl.
5. Repeat with the other half.
6. Pick out any of the white flesh that may have fallen into the bowl.
