In this video our host Albert Howell learns how to make the perfect Eggs Benedict from our expert Andrea Buckett.
Eggs Benedict
Ingredients: Eggs, English muffins, back bacon, butter, egg yolk, lemon juice, paprika, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Equipment: 2 Medium pots, metal bowl, whisk, slotted spoon, plate, fork, knife, frying pan, tongs.
Tip 1. Crack egg in a bowl first for two reasons. To make sure it isn't bad and it also makes slipping it into the simmering water easier.
Tip 2. Add a splash of vinegar to the waterloo hold egg white together.
