In this video our host Albert Howell learns how to make delicious potato salad.
Dilled Potato Salad
Ingredients:
454 grams (1 lb) of baby new potatoes sliced in half and cooked in boiling water until fork tender.
1 Tbsp. pickle juice
2 green onions thinly sliced (green and white part)
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
Method:
Drain cooked potatoes well and place into a mixing bowl
Immediately toss with dill pickle juice, allow potatoes to cool fully in refrigerator (about 1/2 hr)
Remove potatoes from fridge and add in the remaining ingredients.
Stir well and enjoy!
