In this video our host Albert Howell learns how to turn off/winterize a garden hose bib from our expert Damon Bennett.

Instructions:
Turn tap on to check it's working. Turn off.
Go inside and turn off inside water control to tap.
Go back outside and turn bib back on. Then drain it till all the water comes out.
Now the tap is winterized. You can leave it open or closed all winter.
