In this video our host Albert Howell learns how to make the perfect scrambled eggs from our expert Andrea Buckett.
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. butter
Recipe:
Whisk eggs and milk together and set aside.
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter.
Once the butter melts add the eggs.
Cook slowly, pulling in the edges as they cook.
Cook until they reach your desired consistency.
Tips:
Keep temperature at medium so your eggs don’t cook to fast.
Pull your eggs off the heat just before they are done, the eggs will continue to cook for a few minutes.
