Our multi-day stretch of severe weather begins today across the southern Plains. SPC has outlined Slight Risks (level 2/5) for each day from today through Monday. Today's threat encompasses a risk for supercells with all hazards in far southeast New Mexico and west Texas; activity should congeal into an intense MCS moving across Oklahoma and north Texas tonight with a damaging wind and embedded tornado risk. Multiple MCSs will impact these same regions Sunday and Monday, also leading to heavy rain/flooding potential.
