Our active stretch of severe weather continues over the next several days across the northern and central US. Today, supercells are possible in the northeastern Colorado vicinity, capable of producing all severe hazards, and an MCS with damaging wind and tornado potential is possible across the northern Kansas vicinity.
Higher-end severe weather begins tomorrow (Tuesday, June 9) across the Dakotas and western Minnesota. Supercells with an all-hazards risk, including a threat for strong tornadoes, are possible across North Dakota in particular. The threat shifts into eastern Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa on Wednesday before another round of significant severe storms from the Midwest to the Mid-South on Thursday.
